Welcome to Jenn's Longarming and more! This is a work in process for my long arming and crafting aspirations. If you need a quilt quilted you can call my store Quilters Depot 412-308-6236 or my cell 412-874-4111. If i do not answer at each location leave a message or talk to one of my sale associated. Quilters Depot is located at 3370 Library Road in Castle Shannon 15234.
I use Superior threads mostly So Fine and KIng Tut. If i meet with you personally you can choose your thread. If you do not then you give me an idea and I will pick the thread.
I use a Handiquilter 18" Avante with Pro-stitcher. hat I have owned for about 8 years. I have been Longarming for about 20 years. I do not do alot of customization and I will not quilt if you are putting it into a quilt show. I am for those every day quilters who wants to give their quilts to the important people in their lives.
I use either Quilters Dream Batting or what you would send me. If you come to the store I am pickier with your choice and would love for you to buy from our inventory. I will also educate you if your choice of batting is subpar.

How to prepare your Quilt!
1)You provide the batting.
2) You provide the backing.
4)**********Please have the top of each piece pinned with a safety pin so that I know what is the top. This will enable you to make sure you have enough backing and batting. This includes the Batting! This also shows that if you want a design that is directional that I put it on the machine right**************************
5)Please have 2 to 3 inches of extra backing and batting on all sides of the quilt!
6)All strings should be cut before giving to Jenn for Quilting.
7)If you had to piece your backing please use a half inch seam and have it pressed open. I perfer you do vertical seams so please keep this in mind when piecing.
